Welcome to J.R. Nellans Holdings & Co.  We are a private investment firm that operates in Scottsdale, AZ.  We own private equity in three companies that are headquartered in Washington State and operate three different funds that are designtated as hedge funds and are based on the rules laid out in Section 3(1)(c) of SEC regulations.  These funds include Nellans I L.P., the private equity limited partnership, Nellans II L.P., The JR Nellans Opportunity Fund, and The Doss Assisted Living Trust.  Our portfolio companies have successfully secured over $3 million in capital combined since they were created.
