Andrew Doss

Andrew Doss is the head of J.R. Nellans Holdings & Co. and it's central deal maker.   Andrew is a founder of J.R. Nellans Holdings & Co. and holds major stakes in all of the firm's funds, both private equity and hedge funds. Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm and signs off on all deals that J.R. Nellans Holdings & Co. enters into. He is the head of The Doss Assisted Living Trust and oversees the private equity portfolio as well.

He has over 10 years of sales experience and holds a B.A. in Business from Arizona State University.

Jeff Nellans

Jeff has a diverse technical and analytical background, with over 6 years of experience in custom hardware and software design and is from Bellevue, WA. Jeff started Cube Three Design, a software design and development firm in 2002. He led the sale of this company by splitting it up (a hosting company and a software development firm) and selling to two companies in the Seattle area. After the sale he was an Executive Vice President at Bellevue, WA-based CubeLink Systems, where Jeff worked with clients such as HP, HouseValues, Microsoft, and Savers/Value Village, the world's largest thrift retailer. At CubeLink, he successfully led the company to be acquired by iLink Systems in 2005.

He started NDR, Inc. in 2005, with his partners, a touchscreen software and advertising sales company that now does business as The Touchscreen network. Jeff and the other founders sold their majority interest in this company to outside private investors in 2008, although J.R. Nellans Holdings & Co. does still hold a large equity stake in the company.  Following NDR, Jeff participated in fund raising for private placements and philanthropic organizations, specifically for the company Wild, LLC. He also worked as a marketing executive at Wild utilizing his marketing experience from running Cube Three Design, CubeLink Systems, and NDR, Inc.

At J.R. Nellans Holdings & Co., Jeff works as a consultant to the portfolio companies and the hedge fund side of the business.  Jeff's role at the company is limited, as Andrew Doss runs the day to day operations of the business as Managing Director.

Jeff attended the University of Washington from 1999 to 2004 and is on the Board of Directors of NDR, Inc., Chairman of the Board at U Saved Me Guidance & Development, and the Board of the Sigma Tau Association.
