NOT resident in the USA

You are a Qualifying Individual Investor or Entity

You will qualify as an individual if your use of The Website  is for interest or research purposes only and you agree not to invest in any fund whose performance is published in The Website unless you already invest in, have already been solicited for, or are already actively considering an investment in said fund.

You are an industry professional, using the Website for research and interest only.

You have an individual net worth, or joint net worth with a spouse of more than US$1,000,000.

You have had for the last two calendar years an individual income of over US$200,000, or a joint income with a spouse of over US$300,000 and you reasonably expect this to remain at the same level over the next year.

Entity

You will qualify as an entity if your use of The Website is for interest or research purposes only and you agree not to invest in any fund whose performance is published in The Website unless you already invest in, have already been solicited for, or are already actively considering an investment in said fund.

You are an industry professional, please specify your company’s business sector on you application.

You are an entity with over US$5,000,000 of assets. An entity being one of the following:

- A corporation or limited liability company

- A business trust

- A partnership

- A tax-exempt organisation

- A personal (non-business) trust

- An employee benefit plan

- You are a savings and loan association, insurance company or small business investment company that is licensed or subject to supervision by US federal or state examining authorities.

- You are a registered broker or investment company

- You are an entity in which all equity owners qualify as an individual investor as stated above
